The Music Obsessions

This track is so good. Somehow never gets old. It was made famous by Édith Piaf but the original version dates back to 1936, first sang by Marie Dubas. Gainsbourg gave it an epic rework in 1987 and it was an enormous hit. It’s featured on “You’re Under Arrest”, his very last album before his death in 1991.
